There might be the possibility that within this Interbetpresence personal data will be transmitted to us. Personal data are information which can be used to get to know your identity, e.g. name, adress, telephone, e-mail address.

Your privacy is important to us and will be treated absolutaley confidential. To third parts we only pass it on with your approval.
Data protection cannot be completely guaranteed due to the present state of technology.

Terms and conditions
We offer people transport in form of: airport transfers, shuttle service, crew transport, private transport with your own car, as well as rental car, business trips / roadshows, chauffeur service / Vip transfer, health resort transfer, sightseeing and shopping tours !
We also offer the service of small courier service / onboard service as well as vehicle transportations !
A transportation contract between a party (following customer) and us (following JS- rental driver) can take place through telephone or written application; by fax or by e-mail. A contract is only valid by a confirmation of JS- rental driver.
A claim to accept the order - admission does not exist.
A claim to transportation only counts at agreed time of the agreed place to the agreed destination.
Before completion, drivergences must be announced to the headquaters (Tel.: +49 (0) 6173-397420 or Mobil: +49 (0) 152 25301859 and if necessary to be confirmed with the changed price.
Airport transfer:
We transport you from door or to the terminal. The pick-up at the airport will be at the agreed meeting point.
It is customers duty to find the driver at the meeting point who will be marked either by name sign or company logo.
If flight- or landing time have changed, we still try to arrive punctual. To guarantee a punctual collection, it is the customers duty to inform the headquaders of considerable time changes (60 minutes and more). Customers will be liable for any damages caused by delayed announcement (e.g. booked jorneys which cannot be started have to be paid). After landing, our drives are obliged to wait at the meeting point up to 60 minutes and if necessary call out for you. After that the customer will be charged the waiting period at the rate of € 6,00 per started 15 minutes.
The driver has no obligation to wait, if the customer has not announced himself 75 minutes after landing.
The agreed fares are binding. By cancellation of a journey (if it was not cancelled at least 3 hours befor) the complete fare must be paid.
There will not be any charge for cancellations 3 hours before the agreed journey.
The customer is obliged to consult the headquarders, if a journey for unforeseen operational reason cannot take place on time.
Compensation or other claims are exclude, if a journey will not take place, based on circumstances JS-rental driver are not responsible for, e.g. traffic jam, vehicle breakdown, extreme weather conditions etc,.
1.Reservations

a)
|
Reservations will be confirmed in writing / by e-mail, when made 10 days before the journey.
|
|
b)
|
Reservations made less than 10days before the journey, the confirmation by phone counts as binding.
|
|
c)
|
Agents (travel agency) hold no responsibility.
|
|
d)
|
The reservation is binding for all named participants.
|
2. Cancellations
|
a)
|
The customer can cancell free of charge up to one day before travelling.
|
|
b)
|
Afterwards we charge following fees:
by return journey 50% of the fare.
by pick-up 100% of the fare, if the journey has already started.
|
3. Fare price
|
a)
|
If not agreed differently, the fare has be paid in cash immediately.
|
|
b)
|
The fare contains the transportation of people with normal luggage (2 pieces of luggage per passenger). Other goods such as (ski, surfboard, diving equipment, fishing rods, etc.) need our approval, after approval however free of charge, as long as no trailor is required..
|
|
c)
|
Between 22.00 - and 7.00 o’ clock a night shift premium of 25€/hour will be charged, when the chauffeurs or rental drivers have no possibility of staying overnight.
|
4. Return journey
|
a)
|
There could be waiting periods up to 1hour by the return journey, when picking-up several passengers.
|
|
b)
|
The passengers are being picked-up by the driver at the meeting point of the terminal. (look out for sign). If 1/2 hour after arrival (time according to the order confirmation), no driver should appear, please contact our office JS-rental driver.

5. Waiting period
|
a)
|
The waiting period of 30 Minutes by the return journey will be free of charge (arrival time according to the confirmation order)
|
|
b)
|
By charge of appointment without consulting JS, the passenger has no claim to transportation, cost allowance or cost decrease.
|
6. Failure
|
a)
|
We take no responsibility for disturbances of the planned journey, caused by bad weather, traffic or breakdown.
By vehicle breakdown we will try to transport the customers on our costs.
|
7. Insurance
|
a)
|
The customer is obliged to ensure adequate insurance for the car provided by him and this fully comprehensive insured.
If the vehicle is not fully comprehensive insured, the customer is liable for caused damages in case of gross neglicence of thecontractor. The customer bears the cost for the between the insurance company and the customer agreed excess as well as for possibly itself enchancing insurance premiums, unless the contractor has not acted intentionally or with gross negligence. The vehicle must not have any deficiencies which may affect the roadworthiness of the vehicle in terms of traffic regulations. The assessment of the driver that the vehicle meets the requirements of StVZO does not exempt of this obligation. The customer is responsible for the required accompaying documents (registration document, insurance certificate) and is liable for all costs incurred due to technical faults on the vehicle and insufficient supporting documents,

8. Generall things
|
a)
|
Collective transfers (single/return journey), with a difference of 1 hour can be arranged.
|
|
b)
|
One day before journey begin we let the passengers know by phone the precise pick-up time.
|
|
c)
|
The passengers provide them selves with additional insurances.
|
|
d)
|
We are not liable for any legal entitlements with delays, which lie beyond our influence.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
9.
|
Expences
|
|
a)
|
By journeys over 1000 km or 10 days we charge 100 € expences per day..

10.
|
Tour operators / airlines
|
|
a)
|
The respective terms and conditions of the tour operators and airlines are binding.
